Chronic back pain can also be caused by injury and overuse, as well as joint dysfunction, fractures, structural issues, and disease. often becomes progressively worse over time or reoccurs, and continues after the injury is healed. limit your ability to perform activities and sports

-Apply Heat 10-15 Min to improve circulation, But if you use a heating pad, be careful. Don’t set it on “high” or fall asleep with it on your skin
-Exercises (your “core”).
